Are you trained in health surveillance and looking for a new challenge?
Our client is looking for someone to assist with health surveillance but be prepared for a lot of travel and a varied schedule as no week will look the same. You may need to travel UK wide with overnight stays occasionally but other times may be required to work from Head Office or other clinics/ client sites.
Occupational Health Technicican / Screening Nurse required....
Duties will include/ require:
Excellent communication skills required (face to face, telephone and report writing)
Audiometry, spirometry, Vision, Blood pressure testing etc.
Health Surveillance and Lifestyle Assessments
Ability to use Microsoft office effectively
CBT principles and motivational interviewing techniques (training available if required)
Ability to work confidently with little supervision but also be able to recognise when to seek support
