Job Description

Are you a Physio, Occupational Therapist or Nurse with some Case Management experience?

Great opportunity to work for a private company as a RTW Case Manager....

Only 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hr shifts between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Mon-Fri)

Salary: 23-29K

Be responsible for conducting and producing clinically assessments/reports (either remotely or in person as requested by Corporate Customer / Insurer) and ongoing case management with the delivery of excellent customer service to Corporate customers and employees. 

Must be able:

to use evidence based / client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate appropriate interventions and clinical pathways 

to produce clinically excellent and useful management action plan reports/ appropriate reports/ Return to work plans for employers/insurers following the assessment

to effectively manage and contribute to the management of cases where required using the biopsychosocial model in combination with advanced management and treatment plans e.g. diagnostics, imaging, CBT, consultant review, pain management, utilising support from other clinicians in the team

to be able to deliver wellbeing sessions/education to customers on a bespoke basis


Relevant clinical degree, e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing.
Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g. HCPC, RCOT, NMC,)
Clinical or case management experience as outlined at the time of advertisement
Clinical exposure and face to face experience with patients (may include a placement or in a voluntary / community setting)

Excellent written & verbal communication together with rapport-building, assertiveness and negotiation

Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills

Previous experience in customer services, occupational health or case management
