Our role is to “think outside of the box” and take help reduce the stress when recruiting Occupational Health Professionals. 

With over 50 years of Health and Wellbeing experience taking over the hiring of staff is a job we take pleasure in.
We currently have clients from all over the UK putting their trust in us to help increase their current capacity, and our overall aim is to build long term working relationships from the ground up.

We won’t inundate you with phone calls or emails every hour, and we won’t send you candidates who are clearly not fit for purpose.

What we will do:

  • Once we know and understand your business, ideally having a site visit it will help us ensure we are clear on the terms of culture / ethos, environment and opportunities.
  • Discuss in detail with you the role or roles into which you are looking to recruit, and what you are looking for from the candidates, in terms of their experience, qualifications and personality.
  • Build a tailored recruitment plan with you, including dates for CV submission, feedback, interviews and potential offers, allowing you to forecast the likely impact on your business.
  • We have a pool of talent that we have been building for many years, as our sister company The Locum Agency has supported our NHS supplying temporary staff for in excess of 15 years, whilst at the same time using the multiude of job boards, social media, conferences and user groups.
