Howard Rosenberg - Managing Director
Howard co-founded TLA Group in 2004, having started his Healthcare Recruitment career in 1998, Howard achieved success within the Senior Management Team responsible for the growth of the Specialist Nursing divisions at a major Health recruiter.
Since the launch of TLA Group Howard has developed a significant Pharmacy recruitment business supplying Pharmacy professionals from across the globe to the Private and Industry sectors as well as the major NHS service providers.
Simon Young - Managing Director
Simon has been involved in Healthcare recruitment since 1995. He achieved success when he was responsible for building from scratch to £8 million turnover, the Therapies business, prior to its disposal to a large multinational. In 2004, along with Howard Rosenberg, Simon co-founded TLA Group.
Marian Goodspeed - Head of Compliance
Marian has worked in the recruitment industry for over 21 years. Having spent most of her career on the recruitment side, she moved across to compliance in 2010. Her hard work and commitment has resulted in TLA being successfully awarded approved supply status the LPP/CPP & HealthTrust Europe NHS frameworks.
