 Howard Rosenberg - Managing Director


Howard co-founded TLA Group in 2004, having started his Healthcare Recruitment career in 1998, Howard achieved success within the Senior Management Team responsible for the growth of the Specialist Nursing divisions at a major Health recruiter.

Since the launch of TLA Group Howard has developed a significant Pharmacy recruitment business supplying Pharmacy professionals from across the globe to the Private and Industry sectors as well as the major NHS service providers.

 Simon Young - 
Managing Director

Simon has been involved in Healthcare recruitment since 1995. Simon achieved success when he was responsible for building from scratch to £8 million turnover, the Therapies business, prior to its disposal to a large multinational.

In 2004, along with Howard Rosenberg, Simon co-founded TLA Group. Simon is now focussing on the backend operational side of TLA Group including The Locum Agency helping to drive growth across other sectors to secure further contracts for the business, should you wish to discuss any mutual opportunities please contact Simon directly

 Danny Miller - Recruitment Manager

Danny joined TLA Group in 2016 and now along with Howard Rosenberg and Simon Young oversees the recruitment for all temporary staffing within the AHP/HSS sectors along with managing the NHS and Private sector accountancy portals. Danny is extremely passionate about his work here at TLA Group and prides himself having proven to make excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates. Danny continuously provides a professional and friendly service and in his spare time plays Ice Hockey and is a keen Ballroom and Latin Dancer.


 Tracy Price - Permanent Recruitment Manager

Tracy has recently joined TLA as Permanent Recruitment Manager.  Having started her recruitment career in 1996 working within Medical Recruitment, she has extensive recruitment and managerial experience across a wide variety of areas including Health, Commercial and Industry.  Tracy along with her team are recruiting for Healthcare and Wellbeing, Medical Administration and commercial office positions.


 Marian Goodspeed - Head of Compliance

Marian has worked in the recruitment industry for over 21 years.  Having spent most of her career on the recruitment side, she moved across to compliance in 2010.  Marian's hard work and commitment has resulted in TLA being successfully awarded approved suppliers status the LPP/CPP & HealthTrust Europe NHS frameworks.
