Benefits and Resources

Our candidates are important to us and we offer all of our candidates a great deal of support.

We have simplified the compliance requirements to remove the hassle from the recruitment process and our Compliance Officers will help you all along the way. The 4 Steps to Compliance are:-

Step 1- Document Verification and Interview

We view your original documents in order to verify these against those documents we currently hold. This process will take no more than 30 minutes and whilst you are with us we will treat you to refreshments.

Step 2- Occupational Health-Fitness to Work

We collate your immunisation and laboratory reports and forward these along with your Confidential Health Questionnaire to our Occupational Health Specialist team to review and provide you with a Fit to Work certificate.

Step 3 – DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service)

You undoubtedly will have completed a current DBS check either through your existing employer or recruitment agency, should this be the case and you have registered it with the DBS Update Service please provide a copy along with authorisation for TLA to check the DBS Update Service website.

If you do have not have a registered DBS, TLA will need to complete a new one on your behalf.

Step 4- Mandatory Training

The vast majority of health professionals will have completed an annual mandatory training course with their current employer or agency. Please forward a copy for our records alternatively we have a training provider who will support you through this programme.

And that’s it, no pain, no trouble-simple.
