We collate your immunisation and laboratory reports and forward these along with your Confidential Health Questionnaire to our Occupational Health Specialist team to review and provide you with a Fit to Work certificate.
Step 3 – DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service)
You undoubtedly will have completed a current DBS check either through your existing employer or recruitment agency, should this be the case and you have registered it with the DBS Update Service please provide a copy along with authorisation for TLA to check the DBS Update Service website.
If you do have not have a registered DBS, TLA will need to complete a new one on your behalf.
